Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

You receive a damaged or defective product.
You receive the wrong item or incorrect size compared to your order.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your Order ID
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

Requests made after the return window may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind
Wrong size selected by the customer
Colour variation due to screen or display settings
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Products without original tags or packaging

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account after the required bank details are provided.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

Defective products
Damaged products
Incorrect products received

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
In all other eligible cases, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
